It’s time to dust off the school bags and fill up those pencil cases as Piercestown National School gets ready to re-open our doors to you on Tuesday 31st August. We have had a facelift over the summer too so we are excited for you to see our fresh, upgraded summer works almost complete! 
With just two more sleeps to go we can’t wait to see you back.

As per our email last week, please remember to complete your child’s Return to School Declaration form on your Aladdin Connect app.If you have any difficulty with the app, please call the school on 053-9158854 on Monday. 

The Dept of Education and Skills have prepared a document ‘ Advice for parents during COVID-19- Back to School September 2021’. Please see document below.

Similar to last year, the video below shows you where your entrance is and where your waiting area is for your class/bubble. Unfortunately, parents are not permitted onto the grounds with the exception of Junior infant parents. Senior infant parents are permitted onto the grounds also for the 2pm pick up. We will however, allow senior infant parents on the grounds for the first few days until the children know where their new entrance is. Many thanks for your co-operation.

We can’t wait to hear how your summer went and look forward to creating more memories and learning experiences throughout the year ahead.
