Mindful March began quietly and gently in all classes on Mon 4th March with some beautiful mindful colouring led by class teachers and the wonderful student members of our Health Promoting School committee (Chloe Curtin, Lucy O’Hanlon, Ella Ormonde & Hugh O’Brien.)

The children will learn how to do Box Breathing, a strategy they can use at any time if they feel under pressure
We are also going to think about all the things in our lives we are grateful for & record them in our School diary at the end of each week.
