Week 2: Squat Now

Super effort already in week 2 of our Fittest Family. It has been great to see so many people so far engaging in the activities with smiling faces as we tackle a new week. This week we are doing the Wall Squat which can be seen every Sunday on Ireland’s Fittest Families. It is an exercise for the physical and mentally strong as you push yourself to hang on as long as you can. So stretch those legs out and pull up your imaginary chair and sit back and prepare to laugh at your family as they try and hold it together. Keep your eyes out for some celebrity times still to come to compete against too Wednesday night. All emails to bmurphy@piercestownns.com please. We are also offering an extra bonus point to all families who take a photo of themselves sitting down this week to a healthy or maybe a new recipe for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
