At the start of the year, Piercestown N.S. completed step 1 on the road to becoming an Active School by registering their interest. Step 2 involves convening a committee. As with the Green School Committee, this committee will be comprised of teachers, children and parents. Such is the interest in the Active Committee that Ms. Walsh has designed an application form for all interested parties from 4^th-6^th class to complete. The deadline for the applications is this coming Friday 12^th December.

Similar to the Green School Committee, we require the presence of two parents on the Active Committee also.
