Mindful Mondays
Mindful Mondays will take place on the first Monday of each month starting next Monday the 1st of February. This will be a NO HOMEWORK night and will give you an opportunity instead, to engage in relaxing and mindful activities with your children.
Here are some suggestions for activities you and your child/children could do together.
Play a game, make a jigsaw, bake together, sit down and have a chat about the day, eat your evening meal together, look at photographs, go for a walk/cycle, read a story together or any activity that can be done easily and allows you to spend a little quality time with your child/children.
Lets hope you have an enjoyable evening together.
Grandparents Day, Wed Feb 3rd
Grandparents day is on Wednesday February 3rd.
Grandparents and grandchildren, together they create a chain of love, linking the past with the future. The chain may lengthen but it will never part.
