A Month to Remember:

Our First Month Back at School

Hello everyone!

We can’t believe it’s already been a month since we returned to school. Time really does fly when you’re having fun, and our sixth class has been having a blast. There have been so many exciting changes and events that we just had to share them with you.

A Change of Scenery One of the biggest highlights of this month was our temporary relocation to the Scout and Guides building. We’ve turned this new space into our home away from home, and it’s been amazing to see how creative we can be in a different environment. The spacious hall has become the backdrop for our adventures in learning, and we’re making the most of every moment.

¡Hola! Spanish is Back We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve brought Spanish back into our curriculum. Learning a new language is always a fantastic journey, and we can’t wait to expand our horizons and connect with people from different cultures with the help of our amazing teacher Montse. ¡Vamos a aprender juntos! (Let’s learn together!)

Checkmate! Chess Class Our sixth class are becoming chess masters. It’s been incredible to watch them develop their strategic thinking skills while having fun with this classic game. Who knows? We might have a future grandmaster among us! They have also been showing third class how to play and some handy moves to know for the upcoming chess competition.

The Final Year in Our School As we embark on this journey, we’re also aware that this is our final year at this wonderful school. It’s a bittersweet feeling, but we’re determined to make every day count, create lasting memories, and support each other as we prepare for the next chapter in our lives.

We’re excited about what the future holds and grateful for the incredible start we’ve had in our first month back to school. Stay tuned for more adventures and updates from our sixth class. Until next time, remember to always embrace change, challenge yourself, and cherish every moment.

With enthusiasm,

Mr. Murphy
