Third Class 2023/2024

School Tour Fun!

3rd class set off to the Oceanic surf school on Tuesday this week. First we took to the water and went surfing. Although the waves were only small, we made the most of them and the children got to ride as many waves as they could (without falling off). We then went rock pool fishing and saw some crabs, shrimp, sea snails and some children found some colourful rocks and seaweed.

3rd class have been learning a lot of Lámh this year and joined by Ms. Hearne’s class we celebrated Lámh day together!

Jersey Day

Crikey Good Time at Cricket!

Third class enjoyed a tremendous time over the past four weeks learning about and how to play cricket. We were bowled over by everything we learned about the game and how fun it was. We were lucky as a school to receive our very own cricket set which we are sure to get out over the coming weeks to continue to progress our throwing, fielding and batting. Thank you to the amazing coaches who gave up their time to help show us this fun game.
